Secured funds offer a safer way to achieve annualized returns. As an LK Secured Lending investor, you hold a position similar to that of a bank, enjoying senior priority—unlike acquisition funds or REITs, where investors are often subordinate or junior to bank loans.

LK Secured Advisors manage the Fund, while Investors own 100% of its shares. These shares collectively own all the loans within the Fund. Each month, the Fund distributes all interest earned from the loans (net of fees) directly to Investors.

Thanks to our focus on short-term “bridge” loans, the Fund has consistently delivered an impressive 9.5% annualized return since its inception!

Your investment begins working for you immediately. From the day you invest, you are fully vested in the fund and start earning high-interest returns right away.

The fund has a 12-month tie-up period, as outlined in the Memorandum (available upon request). However, we understand that circumstances can change, and accommodations can be made in cases of urgent need.

We offer two investment options:

  • Reg D*: Open to accredited investors with a minimum investment of $25,000.
  • Reg A*: Open to all investors, no accreditation required, with a minimum investment of $5,000.
  • *Both funds provide the same payout structure, ensuring equal potential.

Payouts are made on the 15th day of the month following your investment, and thereafter, payments are issued monthly.

Yes, you can elect to either get a distribution every month or reinvest your distribution.
